Royalton Woods was an older place, but the entrance was beautiful. Everyone that we talked to was very helpful. The dining area, the kitchen, and the laundry room were all very nice. Everything was very, very well-maintained. The studios were kind of small, but they were OK. The residents were playing a few games when we were there.
Leave residents in wheelchairs in urine all hours they get sores. State has been there 2 times in the past 2 months its so bad there. It is extremely disorganized and extremely unhappy. They complain about each other, they complain about the residents, it is on the dirty side, they are low on snacks, and it is just completely disorganized with terrible management. They are criticizing each other, and then they will complain about the residents.
